Peanut Butter Lover Shake
This is my own creation. I was craving something more on the sweet and salty side, and this baby was born! You just add ice, as many bananas as you like (I usually add 2 or 3) I am a big fan of the super thick shake, milk and a generous portion of whatever peanut butter you like... AND BLEND.
Prepare for addiction.
Don't say I didn't warn ya =P
Strawberry Banana Oatmeal Breakfast Shake
Strawberry Banana Oatmeal Shake
taken from: http://allrecipes.com/recipe/strawberry-oatmeal-breakfast-smoothie/
Add ice, a couple of bananas (depends on how thick you want it), freshly cleaned strawberries, milk, oatmeal and a bit of sugar and BAM there you have it. A wonderful shake that will leave you full for hours on end <3
Healthy Yogurt Parfait
Just take greek yogurt (any flavor you like)... and layer it with tons of granola and whatever fruit you like. Berries are my favorite so I used Strawberry greek yogurt with blueberries on top! The possibilities are ENDLESS. <3
